Authority and data

No model, worker, or scheduler grants itself permission. Approval is translated into an exact scope, duration, target, and stop condition. Data classes determine whether content may be public, sanitized, confidential, or restricted.

Acceptance tests

Tests should prove that unauthorized action is refused, lease boundaries are enforced, results are independently verified, and recovery can return to a known safe state. The operator must see pending approvals, failures, active authority, and what needs a human.

Foundation status
