Objective
The foundation milestone is a public-repository and local-site foundation that makes Sam Foundry understandable and testable without exposing private Sam or fabricating capability.
In scope
The approved work covers repository governance, a Next.js site, repository-managed MDX, content schemas, seed content, search, SEO, house promotions, inactive commercial registries, an unavailable Vitals state, and deterministic validation.
Explicitly excluded
The foundation excludes Vercel deployment, DNS, email configuration, live analytics, affiliate activation, ad networks, sponsors, a database, authentication, a custom forum, production connectors, private memory, and automated publishing.
Local acceptance evidence
The converged repository passed lint, strict type checking, 42 unit and component tests, content and link validation, the public-boundary scan, a 59-page production build, and 62 Chromium checks including eight axe accessibility targets.
This visible draft points to the committed foundation evidence but does not replace the external operator readback. Final commit identity, GitHub state, and deferred production actions remain outside this content page.
